Thomas Louis is a multi-award-winning commercial and regulatory law expert with deep experience in fintech, payments, corporate transactions, and real estate law.
His legal journey began at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, where he gained robust litigation and transactional experience. He later joined Safaricom PLC as Legal Counsel for Financial Services and subsequently served as Head of Legal and Director at Visa East Africa, where he oversaw legal strategy in 15 markets.
Thomas is widely regarded as a subject-matter expert in digital financial services, technology regulation, contract negotiation, and AI policy frameworks.
He advises clients on aligning their innovations with law and building legally compliant, investor-ready businesses.
